Monica Berg is a bartender and entrepreneur. Her work includes Muyu liqueurs and London bar(s) Tayēr + Elementary with partner Alex Kratena – no 2 on The Worlds 50 Best Bars 2022. Monica has been awarded “International Bartender of The Year” at the Spirited Awards, “Bartender’s Bartender” by The Worlds 50 Best Bars and is currently ‘most influential person in the Bar World 100’ by Drinks International. She is co-founder of P(OUR), which works to expand drinks knowledge across the bar community and support those protecting regional biodiversity.
