Marcis Dzelzainis
Marcis’ bartending career spans over 15 years, during which he opened London’s iconic drinking spots Zetter Townhouse, Satan’s Whiskers and Dandelyan and managed Sager + Wilde, winner of a Tales of the Cocktail award in 2018. He has travelled Mexico sourcing unique small-batch agave distillates and rum, and hosted pop-up events from New York to Stockholm. Marcis believes in researching forgotten techniques and wild ingredients to connect with our culinary history, and as a vehicle for positive ecological change.
